For more than 8 years, I’ve been giving it my all to make and share mouth-watering plant-based recipes on Vegan Eats & Treats. My goal? To break every vegan stereotype with food so good, so filling, and so flat-out delicious that even the most committed meat-lovers do a double take. I think vegan food should be fun, easy, and full of ‘wow’ factors – whether that’s rich desserts that just so happen to be dairy-free, satisfying mains with flawless meaty textures, or colorful bowls that are full of color and nutrition. Each recipe I create has one mission: to get you to forget you’re eating plant-based because you’re too busy enjoying every last bite.
